Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer – Overnight
Location: Suffolk, VA

Maximal Security Services LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia.
This is a full-time overnight position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 40 hours per week
Pay
$17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
- Control access and verify identification when required.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), patrol scans, and incident reports using the company's mobile reporting application.
- Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.
- Notify supervisors and emergency services when appropriate.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer Registration, or the ability to obtain one if required for the assignment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone capable of using the company's reporting application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass any required background check and pre-employment screening.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
